Terrible service. I had a cleaning scheduled for six months. The day before the appointment, they moved my appointment up half an hour without notifying me, then were unable to reschedule for another 4 months. The scheduling manager was extremely condescending to me when I arrived, claiming she had tried to get ahold of me the previous day and had left a voicemail. My phone had no voicemail and she showed no empathy towards my frustration that I was just finding out they could not see me because it would interfere with other appointments. I will certainly not be returning and highly recommend to others they find dental care elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hermunslie for 15 years and have been pleased with the care received not only from Dr. Hermunslie, but also from hygienist Nancy and the front office staff. Everyone has always been willing to accommodate my finances and my schedule. I have always been offered different options for care, with recommendations and pro/con information. They are always interested in my overall health and do a thorough head/neck/mouth exam every time. Twice I have been referred to outside dental specialists - and the specialists have been just as trustworthy and caring as Dr. Hermunslie. I recommend this clinic highly.

Dr. Johnson and Lucinda are the absolute best to work with. I developed an allergy to standard industry dental material and had complications from crowns, at every step they went above and beyond to research materials that could be used and to accommodate me! Best dentist and support staff I have ever been to!
