Used this form for years and years. Reliable and honest. I see a "bad" review which makes me wonder if he brought in all the yearly CORRECT paperwork. David and his associates know their tax laws. They are a tremendous help. They also will offer to send you a tax guide for the paperwork and the kinds of information you need to organize to bring in. Top notch!
