“This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets. He really helped a great deal and the staff were all wonderful and in sync. God put them here to do his work and they are definitely doing it in my opinion. ♥️“

“We had a great experience with heritage!! We noticed my Guinea pig was having issues with his back foot so we called and they had an opening just a day later. We were seen promptly! Staff was super nice, accommodating, and listened to make sure they fully understood what was going on. They checked up on us when mixing the medication took a little while and apologized for the wait. They were super considerate! They gave great administration instructions for Teddy's medication as well. Overall very happy with this vet trip! You can tell they like their job and love animals :) great quality service for guinea pigs!!“

“Vet Partners in Plymouth were wonderful when we had an emergency with our 14 year old Boston Terrier. They kept him for observation and found a condition that needed to be taken care of, while also taking care of his emergency. Everyone there were very caring and helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again.“

“I cannot thank Dr. Carlos Gandara enough for the care we received regarding our 7 month old golden doodle tonight. He sacrificed his Friday night, after hours, to complete an urgent surgery to remove a foreign body from her stomach when he could’ve just sent us to an emergency animal hospital. And, it was the Friday night before the Christmas. That’s huge! We cannot thank him enough. He is so good at what he does and saved us so much money! Highly recommend him at a veterinarian.
