I have always had a good experience at this facility. The staff is always respectful, kind and welcoming- even when it is busy or other guests may not be so polite or patient. The wait has never been long and the Nurses and Dr Long has always taken the time to listen, answer questions and never judge. She has a great sense of humor and that helps when your not feeling so good or nervous! Thanks!
The Allina Health Brooklyn Park Clinic is a wonderful place to receive medical care. The staff is top notch and very friendly, professional and concerned. I am very glad that I have Brianna E Nienaber, NP as my care specialist. She is probably the most thorough medical specialist that I have ever had. And that is saying a lot due to my extensive medical history.
Every time I have an appointment at the Allina clinic in Brooklyn Park my treatment is nothing short of amazing. I usually see Dr Heilig but I was in a time crunch and had my pre-op physical done by Dr. Nienaber, who by the way is just as amazing as Dr. Heilig and I am thrilled to know that I now have two doctors I can make appointments with. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me.
