I usually go to a different nail salon but decided to try BT Nails because it is close to me.Appointments are easy to schedule with same day service and low wait times!The seating could be updated but the service was top notch.Prices are clear and fair.The staff seemed happy and engaged with their clients.My daughter and I had the honey milk pedicure and we loved it so much we that she returned within days for a full set of acrylics.

A couple weeks ago I came in here for the first time. And the lady I saw was amazing. I loved absolutely everything about my nails. She did exactly as I asked and they looked great. So I went back today to get a fill and she wasn't there. I saw someone else and completely hate everything about my nails. They're still color on there from last week's nail color, they're clumpy, not the shape I asked for, he was pushing extremely hard on my cuticle area,etc. my girls nails don't look good at all either. Tina did my nails and I was in he chair for approximately 30 minutes. My fill was horrible they were all uneven. The man next to her fixed them with an attitude and a week later my acrylic was coming off. I have never had that happen in the 10 years I have been getting my nails done. They do good pedicures but nails I will NEVER go back to have them do.
