I highly recommend Annie Braiding and Hair Salon in Brooklyn Center. I have been on a journey for a long time trying to find a great beautician, who can take my ideas and videos I have came across on the internet and make them reality. Let me tell you, Annie's is that one. Annie the owner is very nice and very reasonable on price, which makes it painless to tip her. She does not stall, she is very quick and good at what she does.
