Had an appointment scheduled and drove up from the cities. Someone called me an hour and a half before the appointment to cancel. Told me it was my fault because the appointment was not confirmed the day prior because I did not answer my phone. No missed calls on my phone. She hung up on me after I told her I could not return the day offered to reschedule and that I was not impressed.

Dave came out to do an inspection on my windows I got a couple years ago and gave me a price on redoing my bathroom. He was incredibly nice and really knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend this company to people.
