Being new to Minnesota, I didn't know all the workings of a radiant heat system. That plus it being a new house to us, I didn't know if it was even working 100%. Heard it have some strange noise last night and called them the next morning. Within a few hours someone was here and was super helpful to explain how it worked and replaced a leaking air purge thing.. Super happy with the service and I will be calling them in the spring to take a look at my split unit AC that sucks.

I have used Pike's several times and always been extremely satisfied with their service. They call before they come, are knowledgeable and courteous and explain what they did when they are done.
