3 months after the walk-in instal, there was mold on the walls below bc the water wasn't going down the drain - it was going into the DRYWALL. My ceiling, walls, and flooring are ruined. I've been chasing them down with no response, no care or concern..Their guarantees and promises are worthless. Don't let them in your home.
