We are very pleased with their work on our AC. They were helpful and willing to get the job done in a very timely fashion even when there were some extra things that needed to get done.

Bruce, the owner, and his assistant Mike were superb! Courteous, concerned and persevering! Tenacious! Worked on an older heat pump system, fixed it which buys me some time before purchasing a new one. Love my heat pump! I highly recommend them!

SOOO happy with Kruchten’s Heating & Air Conditioning and Bruce was AMAZING! This week -on the cusp of summer- I found myself without a working AC unit and have been in an absolute panic. My parents have used their services for 15+ years and Bruce has ALWAYS been reliable for them. So I reached out to him direct AFTER HOURS @ 8pm only 2 days ago and he responded immediately with a plan for next day (yesterday). It’s worth mentioning that I have 4 dogs who are kenneled during the day while my son and I are away, plus 3 cats roaming around (not always friendly felines either) so it takes a special kind of crew to enter my home unfazed!!!
