I worked with Jordan from KLD. He was very knowledgeable, got back to me right away and was less expensive than competitors. They created 2 new parcels for me and an easement. They took care of everything were up front about pricing and had an answer for all my questions. I usually had a response in my email within 20 minutes of emailing Jordan. I will definitely use them in the future.

An unnamed township took away a large portion of my land saying that it was not to be built on because of some ancient ruling.I found out AFTER I bought the land. KLD soon after began their work. They told me the ancient ruling on my property was wrong and did not apply to me. They were the ones to work out the details with the township getting me 2 acres of land back.I would call that pretty smart. Since, I have used them several times.I used KLD to make my presentation to the city of nisswa which is an almost impossible feat to do in 1 single presentation but they managed to pull it off.I would call that hard work.
