One of their employees Philip Deneen moonlights pouring concrete on the side, he took a down payment from me and never completed the work. Called the owner of the company and he said the employee would definitely be in contact with me and I'm still waiting so I guess I get screwed out of $600...

They make sure the work is done to the customer's satisfaction, and are very honest and helpful, responsive and caring. And fair. These qualities are hard to find, but Jeff at Hy-Tec was great to work with.
