Buyer beware, according to a recent Star Tribune article, this company was accused of falsifying asphalt quality records to enhance their own profits to the tune of 1.3 million dollars on State and Federal contracts. An internal whistle-blower turned them in.

The settled out of court for the same 1.3 million dollars. Most people wouldn't consider that honest.

It’s been a few years, but after reading some of these other reviews, I felt I needed to share my experience. The pictures say everything. After I sent these to my contact, he said I shouldn’t have been parking on my driveway on hot days. I waited several days before parking on it at all and after parking there for less than a half hour, there were divets from all four tires. It just got worse over the next couple of weeks. When he met onsite to asses the condition, I was told that I was likely to never be satisfied. He then offered a discount to keep it or pay the full amount and they’d redo it. Our driveway was done poorly. There was a large puddle towards the end, a crack extending the width of the driveway, grass growing out of countless areas along the edge, and multiple divots from the driveway never fully hardening. When trying to resolve the issues, the first company representative was a no call-no show…twice. The last time, the supervisor came out and was totally unprofessional. He yelled and was verbally combative. Once he calmed himself down, he mansplained about how grass typically grows in an asphalt driveway and how a person should not park items on their driveway as it can damage the asphalt…even though it’s a driveway…meant for parking....read full review
