Went in to have my glasses repaired. The woman who helped me was delightful, fun to talk to and so helpful. I am so very thankful to have all the nose pads replaced and the screws tightened. Coming back after Christmas to get a new pair!! Ps she was pregnant. That was the highlight of my day,. Didn’t get her name
Wonderful store. I’ve had a pair of Barkleys from Warby Parker for 5 years and came to get new lenses, but ended up buying new frames too (and a second set as sunglasses). Ani was super helpful, gave great advice on sizes and lens shades with all the examples I could want, and made the whole experience quick and lovely. She even cleaned my current frames for me, which I’ve not done in a long time!
Loads of fashionable options and expertise. Very highly recommended, and I hope to have my new pair last just as long.
