I work in the trade industry and when TBM was working at my house I felt I needed to be at my house to ensure work was done correctly. I had them back twice to fix mistakes, after not being able to afford the time it took to fix it a third time I decided to fix it myself. I hope they are able to fix these issues and do it right the first time around.

Terrible! I warn everyone not to use this company! There are a lot of other cleaning companies out there that are reliable, clean better and are trustworthy. True Green Maids is unreliable, do a terrible job cleaning and in general is a sketchy company. I had them clean my house once, which was to many times. They showed up 3 hours late, did a terrible job cleaning. My wood floor was slimy and they used so much water on the floor that the floor started to raise. They said they were going to send a check for the damage but I am still waiting to see the check....it has been 3 months.
