Sadly i have to leave this review, first of all i went to my trial make up and hair and made sure all the things i didn’t like. I told her everything that i wanted and paid everything in advance (big mistake) 4 days before my wedding i contact her asking to do a different hairstyle, i tried on my dress and i just wasn’t totally comfortable with my hair down plus it was a really hot day in July. She got upset because i change it and now we didn’t have trial. Since that moment the communication went down. She texted me 2 days before my wedding, TWO DAYS… asking how many hairs and make up she needed to do (I thought we had a contract and paid everything for her to be asking that on the stressing week of my wedding.) She said she will come at 10 and I ask her please be there 9:30 am because i needed to be ready by 2pm. Made this super clear. And her answer was: Lol, sure. She got there 9:45 and started doing my mom’s and grandma hair and make up leaving me at the end. My dad made french toast for me for the morning of my wedding and she even took the time to sit and eat french toast that was left. At first we were all being nice and my parents are mexican so they loveeee to share food but i think she was not prioritizing her job. It was my turn and i didn’t love the make up but i said whatever i’ll fix it up once she leaves. It was starting to get late and she was having troubles with my hair, i could see the frustration in her face so i told her just do the first hairstyle we had in mind because it’s late and i want to be ready by 2 pm, the ceremony was at 3. she said we are going to finish around 2:30 and i tried to stay calm and said yes. fast forward it was 2:58, i was crying, she wasn’t done and i didn’t like at all what she did. I told her just give me bobby pins and i’ll finish, i stood up and started running to the car crying. Not professional at all. Ruined my wedding morning and hair and make up didn’t not last. Wouldn’t recommend, especially because i paid her a lot for what she did.
