First timer and really wasn’t impressed. The mvp upgrade deal meant she spent an extra 2 minutes washing my hair again. But the quality of the cut just wasn’t there. Not sure if it’s a training or equipment issue. But my cut was uneven and I had to ask several times for her to even things out. Probably not going back. Must say I’ve had better cuts at Great Clips.
The person I got was very nice and did a good job in the cut (I'm a pretty easy one). My go to in different towns when I need to freshen up for meetings. The wait time this time around was a little longer than expected considering my pre check-in online. But it wasn't a big deal.I'd go again if in town.
