I discovered Realia by Jen at philanthropic event. I love my two bracelets. One of the bracelets was a little big for my small wrists. Jen offered to remove a couple beads. A few days later, I received the customized bracelet in the mail, at no extra charge. Super service! I have a hard time finding bracelets that are small enough. So glad to discover Realia by Jen. Was about to browse her site just now. Thought I should leave a review first.

My girlfriend has hosted two amazing jewelry parties with Jen and each time I'm amazed by her stunning designs! Not only is every piece a gorgeous conversation-starter, but everything is MADE BY HAND! Beyond that, she goes the extra mile by taking care of her customers no matter what.. My girlfriend broke a necklace shortly after she bought it, Jen replaced it within days! Class and quality all the way!
