I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. The vets, techs and staff here are incredible. Our poor dog had been through so much and was on death’s door and they literally saved her life, after receiving no help from our primary vet and an emergency vet hospital. We are moving the care of both of our dogs here and will be clients moving forward. Some of the most compassionate, knowledgeable people work here. Thank you! One of the vets came in on her day off to help our sweet pup.
When my dog was sick, they got her right in for an appointment. They did everything they could think of to get to the bottom of her sickness. They were very gentle with her. They checked in with us around the clock to make sure she was doing okay once we returned home.
