“Zack visited within 48 hours of my call for an inspection. It was thorough and he immediately found the nesting site of the our unwanted raccoon visitors. Traps were set the same day and follow up repair work to close the nest are being scheduled. Very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness Zack provided, and it was more affordable than I anticipated the service being.<br><br>Edit: Less that 12 hours in and both traps have been sprung. One trap fell from the roof (the raccoon was shaking it pretty violently and we have a rather steep roof). Cage is intact, raccoon seems unharmed. The other trap is still on the roof and definitely has an angry resident. Considering I've used 1 of my 7 visits with the removal service they offer, I have very high confidence that my problem is going to be solved quickly.“
