We are opening a coffeehouse, and Christian (new owner) has been amazing as he has walked us through the process of remodeling our space. From dreaming about the design to pulling permits and scheduling installations, he has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Becky is absolutely incredible as she has helped us make decisions on designs and ordering materials; we have so much peace with everything because of their support. I highly recommend Owner-Built for residential or commercial remodel!!

We highly recommend this company. We are a repeat client of Owner-Built for a bathroom remodel, the installation of an egress/well window and lead the charge for the design, bid-getting, sub-contractor selection/introductions and budget projections for a master bedroom addition with a deck retrofit. We had several retail bids in the $140K range, but Owner-Built’s budget projections and the process proved the project could be completed around $90K.Jim Rumler is talented and knows how to meet the needs of his clients by listening to their requests and providing skilled sub-contractors to meet their needs. We also appreciated his timely response to phone calls/questions.

Working with Jim was a pleasure! We added a family room with a basement underneath. The project took many turns and I felt Jim had our backs in every regard. I was a little nervous about managing the project at the beginning being that I have zero construction knowledge but Jim put the plan in motion and it was quite easy to follow the tasks given. I enjoyed building relationships with the sub contractors as well. They were all really great at their craft. In the end I am happy that I had my hand in managing the project.
