I called all the local Lennox dealers in the Twin Cities to help me with a warranty issue on my furnace. I got the run around and high prices from them all. When I spoke to Owens they understood my frustration and said they come out to take a look at no cost. All others wanted to recharge me for the same diagnosis fee that I already paid to one of them. Larry came over and immediately understood my challenges and said “I’m gonna help you and make this right.” He advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer and was able to secure me a new furnace under the warranty program. I cannot say enough good stuff about your company. I had the unfortunate experience of having another company come out and tell me that I needed $20,000 worth of work and try to sell me everything. Jim took a look, walked me through the tests he was doing, and then informed me that he recommended replacing one pipe valve. It cost me less than $500 and he was in and out in maybe an hour max! He took a look at the other recommendations that were given to me and disagreed with them. He recommended doing the repair that I needed, not the repair that would cost the most money.
