The billing department on the other hand. Well, let’s just say this, their left hands aren’t even in the same hemisphere as their right hands. Everyone in the department seems to pass the buck to the next person, who in turn does the same thing. Have spoken to 7 different people throughout the day over a period of 9 hours and they still have not been able to perform the task. Absolutely ridiculous.“
