My Dad has been going to Toby for as long as I can remember. Even though Dad now has alzheimer's, I take him to get his haircut every 6-7 weeks. Toby always has a smile on his face, and is so very kind. This barber shop is incredibly welcoming and homey. It's tucked away in a business center type of building, but when you get to their door, you see the barber pole and know you're in the right place. They always have coffee, water, and usually snacks galore. Dad will continue to go there as long as possible! Thanks Toby for taking such great care of Dad!
These guys are AMAZING! I was warmly welcomed when I arrived, and was treated like family while I was there. I had terrible experiences at other places, and was expecting to pay more for a better haircut, but the price was the same as the cheap chain places. If you're looking for a new place to get a cut, check this place out! I will not be getting my hair cut anywhere else
Phenomenal experience. Sat down in Steve's chair and he did not disappoint. Honestly, the best haircut I have ever had. From the welcome coffee/pop/pumpkin pie(!) to the great conversation, and the excellent haircut I would without hesitation recommend Metro Hair Design. My only wish is to live in MN and make Steve my regular barber!
