G.Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing replaced my garage floor which is also the ceiling for the room below. They worked with the structural engineer to rebuilt to the proper specs. They replaced sections of the sidewalk and added waterproofing to seal out water intrusion. Gerry and his team were great to work with. I highly recommend G. Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing.

I had a large amount of erosion in the cinder blocks under our garage. After getting a number of different quotes I chose G. Gardner as they were very competitively priced and seemed like they knew what they were doing. The team was prompt and arrive right at the time that was scheduled. They removed/replaced/repaired 14 cinder blocks and repoured the section that was cut out of the garage in 3.5 hours. Incredibly happy with the team, service and the finished product.
