I appreciate that the wait time at this urgent care is fairly reasonable, but maybe I just got lucky at the time that I went. I also am glad that they have hours 7 days a week. The receptionist staff was friendly but I noticed that they started asking people's names as soon as people walk in - so everyone in the lobby could hear. Not the most private urgent care or the most HIPPA friendly. It's a small lobby/waiting area and there are only about 1-2 people at the urgent care desk at one time. There was maybe only one other person in the waiting area when I went so I was checked in within 5-10 mins. Service was fast and the workers were friendly. The doctor was very nice as well, though I forgot his name. The only thing I didn't like is he didn't send my prescription to the pharmacy as soon as we were finished with the appointment. Also, don't bother calling the urgent Care because you get redirected multiple times and no one from the urgent Care ends up picking up the phone. I had to go back and forth from the pharmacy to the urgent Care again to ensure that my scripts were sent. It turns out he forgot before seeing another patient. Big whoopsie. I ended up waiting an hour for my meds because of this. Not the best way to spend my afternoon.
The name of this place should be updated because it's a clinic that has urgent care hours. I come here for dermatology appointments. I LOVE the dermatology and pharmacy teams here. They're caring, fun, and make you feel welcome. Even though the treatment for which I come here isn't pleasant, nothing else makes me not want to show up. Recently, there was an issue with getting medications to the right pharmacy. I use the one here for refills at the time of my appointments. Because of where I work, I asked for a particular location because the app wouldn't let me change anything. Well, it was quickly resolved and I got what I needed without further pain or hassle. The medical team is really quick to answer questions and not make you feel dumb for asking ANYTHING. I've not had to ask the pharmacy staff any questions, though I'm pretty sure that they'd be just as nice. The one weird thing is the seating area under the stairs. I happen to love it because it's out of the way and usually quiet. If you find yourself here for a variety of care, then you'll be in good hands.
Fantastic Urgent care. I was stung by a bee and had a severe reaction. I was treated with care and respect. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions and feel as though I was not rushed.
