“~ When I hired Elite Restoration to put a roof on my log cabin, I was so excited, but cautious because I had previously signed a contract and gave another company an ample down payment and never saw them again. Jake Bebeau, the owner of Elite, knew of my unfortunate experience and promised me he would replace my roof and I would be happy.
~ He went way beyond my expectations! When he looked at the roof, AND my skylights, he said it definitely showed damage from hail and wind. I hadn’t thought about that but remembered a lot of the neighbors had also had damage the summer before. I filed a claim with my insurance company and it was declined. Jake immediately contacted my insurance company and told the adjuster that he disagreed, and with more obvious proof, the claim was approved.
~ Within two weeks his crew showed up and they were on the roof like Spidermen! You should have seen it. When they finished in less than eight hours, they had cleaned up the yard meticulously and hauled all of the debris and equipment out of the woods piecemeal. Jonny and his crew were amazing. I can tell you that I have never dealt with such a responsible, professional and conscientious group of workers!

We originally had wood siding that was unfortunately rotting due to the weather and woodpeckers pecking at it every year, so we finally decided to update to vinyl siding. We got a couple quotes from other contractors, but they were significantly higher, did not include electrician work, and were out 6+ weeks. I was going to settle for one of them, but it was just so out of budget, so after digging through Reddit, I found Carroll's.

Mark contacted me for a walkthrough and quote. The quote included siding materials, pulling permits, and electrical work. They were significantly more affordable and the quality was amazing! The neighbors all commented on how professional the team was and how amazing the new siding looked. During the process, Mark was available for calls and texts if I had any questions or if there were any updates on their end. After the job was complete, we did a walkthrough and everything was explained thoroughly.

The only downside during the process is that I wish I knew electronic payments had an additional fee, which I was originally going to pay via credit. However, the team was understanding and was able to accommodate a week for me to get the final check to them to avoid that fee. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with the work that Carroll's team completed! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much! “We hired David and his team to remodel the town home we recently purchased. We had work done in the kitchen (counter tops, backsplash, painting), a fireplace update, reconfiguration of a mud-room and guest bathroom. We are very happy with the end result. “I first called John last winter when my roof developed bad ice dams. I’ve had some experience with them at my previous home. Back then I could shovel the whole house myself but unfortunately my new home is a tad bit more difficult. As he claims, he answers his phone all the time. Within a day John and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job removing the snow. Last year there was a hail storm and I thought why not have John take a look at it in the spring. He came out and confirmed that there was damage as I suspected. I called my insurance company and they set up a meeting with John. Unfortunately, my insurance company initially denied the claim. John and his partner Jerry worked tirelessly with my insurance company and finally after three months realized that there was damage and my roof was approved. Once approved John himself and his team were working. They started on a Saturday morning worked tirelessly until 8pm returning Sunday morning and finished around 3pm. John’s crew was professional, Courteous and thorough. I’m not sure why there have been some poor reviews but all I can say after being a homeowner for over 30 years in the cities and have had my roof replaced 3 times at my previous home with less than acceptable results I’m completely overwhelmed by John Haley Roofing. John was present and active throughout the process. John even went above and beyond by getting atop the roof helping and directing from start to finish.“
