What a fantastic experience! Our air conditioner stopped working and we called this morning right when they opened and they were able to squeeze us in same day (they actually showed up two hours later!!) Our technician, Cody, was really nice, professional and explained what was wrong in a simple way. Our air conditioner is super old and he recommended a slight change to how it was originally installed which would allow the issue to never happen again. He provided us with a quote before he started the work which I appreciated. And the cost to fix the issue was really reasonable! I definitely recommend them!

I’ve been using Bloomington Heating for several years and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. They always show up on time and are courteous and take the time to listen to any questions / concerns I may have. They also recently replaced my furnace and AC.
Today Cody came out to perform a checkup on the AC and he went above and beyond while trying to help me get to the bottom of a mystery with the ductwork. Thanks again for the awesome service.

Technician was prompt, polite, and even adjusted a setting for our furnace to make it run more efficiently. Will definitely use them for any heating/ac needs in the future.
