The coldest day of 2024 and I wake up with a furnace that doesn't work. I called my neighbor and he highly recommended Bloomington Heating & Air. The company sent a technician out that morning and he was able to get my furnace running. BUT, I needed a new furnace. Bloomington Heating & Air was out the next morning with a team of wonderful guys to get the job done. I am more than pleased and highly recommend them!
I called at 11:45 today (Friday) with a non-urgent problem. I hoped to get someone out next week. The tech arrived less than an hour after I called and identified two problems, fixing them both in about half an hour. No additional labor charge beyond the visit to identify the problem. Can’t imagine a better result.
Luke, Ryan, and Cody were all amazing. They work hard and are very responsive and they actually care about the work that they do. The prices are fair and they're all very honest. Small business like this are the reason we should shop through them and continue to support them.
