Zack visited within 48 hours of my call for an inspection. It was thorough and he immediately found the nesting site of the our unwanted raccoon visitors. Traps were set the same day and follow up repair work to close the nest are being scheduled. Very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness Zack provided, and it was more affordable than I anticipated the service being.
Edit: Less that 12 hours in and both traps have been sprung. One trap fell from the roof (the raccoon was shaking it pretty violently and we have a rather steep roof). Cage is intact, raccoon seems unharmed. The other trap is still on the roof and definitely has an angry resident.... read full review
It was a busy stretch for my family and Garrett handled it all - I showed him the spot and he took care of the rest - setting it up to watch for traces of a creature and closing up the opening securely. He got it done, it looks great, and I much appreciate the support!
Kyle explained the whole process of trapping the invading animal. He explained about possible entry points, the bait he uses, how often he checks the traps. He was very thorough and informative.
