Elijah came out to perform a diagnosis on the ERV in my house. He was very polite and took time to explain what he needed, what he was doing next, and just generally keeping me in the loop the whole time. I felt comfortable asking him questions and was happy with his answers. I was so impressed that I ended signing up for their annual service plan. They gained a long time customer today.
This is an amazing company. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Twin City area. Brooklyn park to be specific.. also, I would like to acknowledge Dan for coming out and providing excellent service.
