This company is well run and the final outcome was just what I was hoping for. The project supervisor, Mike P., was highly skilled himself and was also a courteous and competent manager. My overall experience was above average and I would highly recommend this company.

Big storms in lake country earlier this year and as a first time claim filer for anything I was a little nervous about the process. Mike from Roofs R Us was super responsive and helped me understand the overall process in advance. He met with my insurance adjuster who was very complimentary of Mike when he called to review the damage. There was never in pressure to do anything specific. Once approved I just assumed a multiple week lead time but they were able to send a crew in less than 2 weeks and it turned out fantastic. I had already received payment from insurance and there were no concerns or disputes and we were able to move and get back to enjoying the summer.... read full review

Erik gave us a great bid on a complete new roof for our house, garage, and shed. It was not covered by insurance. After getting a few quotes from different contractors, we decided to schedule the work.
With rain in the forecast, they increased the team and got to work right on time. My neighbor said they've never seen a roof go up so fast. Erik provided drone pictures by email as they progressed through the day. They even patched a woodpecker hole in my cedar siding as a courtesy. So nice! They cleaned up well, and I only found a few stray scraps in the garden. That's expected with the wind and weather we've been having... read full review
