Scott is a perfectionist and an artist. He reconfigured an area of exposed concrete, which was a prominent eyesore, to look like the brick surrounding the brick on our house which is no longer available for sale. He also repaired and then re-dashed the entire front of the house and the areas where he had made repairs on the sides and back of the house.I cannot say enough good things about Modern Exteriors. Scott and his assistant transformed our 60 year old house into an incredibly appealing curbside view.I have never met a more amazing artisan who takes such pride in his work and left our house spotless.

Scott Nicko with Modern Exteriors provided a rare quality of service in doing a stucco repair on our home. He was the first to respond for a bid and he was very attentive throughout the job. We found his diligence refreshing and he and his crew were very personable and their work is top-notch and professional. We highly recommend this company.
