I found a leak coming from my roof to my basement called MN Smart Homes on recommendation from others. General Manager Aren was able to make it to my house same day and treated me with kindness and compassion as I was full of anxiety from the water coming into the house. They were able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from by using thermal cameras and able to do the repair while it was still raining and gave me tips for drying the damage. MN Smart Homes was referred to me by my dad after some wind and hail left me with missing shingles. Aren explained the process of working with my insurance company to me so I had a good understanding of the steps it would take. The work crew was wonderful, and very thorough. They were great with all the questions that the kids asked during the project as well. Since we were getting so close to winter, Aren and I kept in touch so we could work out a schedule to get gutters installed as the final piece to my roof replacement.
