We had a brand new kitty who sadly fell from the rafters between two walls- he was crying out and without food and water for over 48 hours. Police/Fire/Animal control came and couldn't do anything. - Many pest and wildlife control places wouldn't take dogs or cats but Francis came up here in Blaine and Jess (one of the individuals that works with them) did a fabulous job and rescued our kitty! He made our whole year! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I called on June first 2022 regarding a bat that squeezed through a very small gap in my bedroom window and unfortunately it was 3am and for some reason my call didn't go through on their side so not their fault it happens with my phone all the time. The person I talked to gave me advice on how to make sure a bat doesn't get in again. I now have the area around my window air conditioner completely blocked off with no way for them to even squeeze through. Unfortunately I didn't have a net or anything to catch it and release it outside and then it started to swoop down at me and I had no other choice but to use a broom to end the bats life which was my last resort as I...read full review
