We absolutely love the staff at Build And Balance ! I started going when I ended up with vertigo. My vertigo was gone in just a couple of adjustments. They care about your health and wellness. You are treated like family not just a patient. I highly recommend them.

Started chiropractic care back in 2019 when I went in I couldn’t lift my arms above my shoulders without extreme pain. I’d always known I had abused my body due to the amount of stress and workload, I put on it as a stylist and a new mom. The whole team at building balance was not only welcoming and gentle, but they were caring about my health as well as my family. my kids and I and sometimes husband have Seen great benefits to our routine care thanks to the build and balance team. Professional, caring, courteous, and helpful. We have been seeing the chiropractors at Build and Balance since 2012 and they have helped our family be healthier and helped us navigate through our health issues. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Brown and Lundy have given us exceptional care, they are so personable and real.
