Lately there has been almost a 20-30 minute wait for a bed but not because the beds are full. The poor person working will have 8 people waiting but keep trying to sign up a new person, instead of just excusing themselves politely for a minute and get existing clients into beds and then go back to the new client. Travis was working when I reactivated my account. He was so patient, knowledgeable about the lotions, and laid back. He was personable and we even chatted after I was done. I've gone two times since seeing him and I can't wait to see his flashy blonde hair through the windows again!!

I do love this place BUT when I called to ask a simple question on my account I get put on hold then told the person working is too busy to answer my question for my account. Instead of answering I was told to either come in or call back. I had a major surgery and literally had one simple question so just coming in wasn't an option and I was already put on hold for 5 minutes to be told they didn't have the time. Front desk usually multitasks (I work Front desk and multiple other positions at my job so I am aware of what it entitles). Pretty frustrating and inconvenient.
