The technicians were very friendly, efficient, and talented in their skills. They were careful to avoid soiling the carpet while moving equipment in and out of the house. They left the work site very clean. Nick, the owner, was there most of the day to help and monitor the job. I am also having them replace my central AC and will switch to Thelen for my spring/fall pm inspections. Great job guys, you definitely earned my loyalty ?

The workers were on time, curious, they took great care in making sure things were done correctly and were careful to make sure the work area was protected and clean. I was very happy with their install.

Had Trace and his associate throughly checked to see why water was leaking around air conditioner. And found that it was condensation from air exchanger. Peace of mind knowing that they checked everything and took their time to look inside and out before determining the cause. Im glad I called. Super informative too. Especially because I have no knowledge of all these air stuff.
