I thought the customer service was great. I like how the groomer was patient and kind to my husky. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to get their fur babies paws clipped.
First time going into the place...since COVID. B UT I was overwhelmed by the smell, as I walked down the stairs. Was not what I expected. Looked clean, customer service was good, clipped my dogs nails good. I was very happy to exit! I'm happy with it overall. Hope I don't get poor service now that I was being honest.
Friendly and informative staff! I LOVE the way their cuts turned out! This is the first time trying Petopia and we will be going back. This is also the first time I haven't gotten my dogs back with bald bellies!
