My stylist was Sidney, discussed over the phone that I was to get a partial balayage & cut. Maybe a miscommunication because I was told upon arrival that she didn’t book the cut & didn’t have enough time. I have very thick hair and a total of maybe only 9 foils were used. The back of my head was not touched at all, no new highlights in the back & she did not tone my hair so my old highlights are a completely different color & do not blend at all. She was in a rush & I sadly will not be returning.Service: Hair coloring

I came in very brassy with a beautiful blonde balayage photo as inspiration. Amanda is helping me get there safely, and the color I left with today is gorgeous! Transitioning to a new color slowly and safely can be frustrating but, not here! I feel great! � plus, she gives the BEST scalp and neck massage I've ever had! I'd go back weekly just for those �
