Higgins Heating did a fabulous job installing my furnace, left the place cleaner than when they found it, the technician was knowledgeable and very helpful when explaining how to use my new thermostat. Would highly recommend!!

Great prompt, honest service with knowledgeable technicians, plus they are locally-owned and operated which is also a bonus! Even without a prior appointment, they have been able to send a service tech to my house the same day I call...if I could have given them 10 stars, I would have.

I ordered an Elite heat pump (to replace another brand of heat pump that had been serviced by another vendor) from Higgins at the end of June and it was installed at the end of July (a timeline which they informed me about ahead of time and I was good with). Their crew installing the unit were easy to work with. I found a very neat and orderly installation. I had asked for a couple of minor requests prior to installation (moving the compressor unit a few feet from the location of the old unit and leaving the old unit for me to salvage).
