Gregg's staff were professional and thorough. I received a call ahead of time to talk through the problem, so when they arrived they were prepared in order to not waste their time or mine. This shows care, concern and thoughtfulness to their customer. This level of professionalism was greatly appreciated!
I came home late morning to a water pump that was no longer pumping. Within a couple of hours, Greggs was at my house, and even with a trip to pick up a part, they had diagnosed, fixed, and retrieved their part within an hour. I had water! Bazinga! Just what I wanted. They were nice guys who left no clean-up. And everything was reasonably priced. Gold star, guys!
Great service, nice, clean installation of water softener and kitchen sink. Very nice installer, very knowledgeable. One of a few times I have purchased from a company and they were prompt, courteous, clean and not overpriced!!!! If I need plumbing done in the future I'll be calling Greggs plumbing and heating.
