Dionne is an excellent yoga instructor who tailors her classes to meet her students needs. She also is an expert at Thai massage and has done wonders to loosen up my tight muscles. I highly recommend her for both yoga and massage.
Dionne is the area's most experienced yoga instructor. Attending her practice is truly a blessing. She is the best of the best in the state and Bemidji is extremely fortunate to have her as a yoga teacher, a yoga teacher trainer and as a healer. I can't say enough good things! She delivers YOGA for REAL!
