Zach directed me right into the wash. Offered him a tip and soda, he declined. Kind of a stickler about time, I didn't even want to clean the inside of my vehicle because he was standing there looking at his watch. But, being in the service industry, i get it. It was close to closing time.

It never washes the back of my car which is kinda annoying because I live down a dirt road and that's literally the dirtiest part haha. So if they can fix that somehow I'd give it a 5 star

Kyle helped me at the Baxter Zips with changing my zips auto plan. He was very patient and very courteous. I did not have the APP downloaded yet on my phone and he assisted with the app and to change my plan. Thank you Kyle I wouldn’t been able to figure this out alone/ the date of service was July 2nd!!
