Went to ask about getting my Daugther laptop fixed. They told me they do not doing any work on laptop in house. What he told me was they would send it out to a company and that would in self would cost 80 just to send it ou thay company. And on top of that I would then have to wait and they would send me a quote on how much it would cost to fix it. And he told me that straight up if it was over a year old most likely they would.not have the parts to fix it.

Quite disappointed. Not certain if the person greeting me was an actual geek squad person. I hope not because she had no clue about a simple cell phone fix. Told me even though it was new with a protection plan, I'd have to get a new one. Not true. With YouTube help, fixed it myself.
