Nick came to work on our furnace and while doing that noticed sensor and setting issues with our in-floor heating, that he also rectified. He also fixed an ignition issue with our fireplace on his way out. : ) Working with Molly on appointments, part status, etc. was also a breeze. Our air conditioner broke at our cabin with renters in there. The sitar place we called had an extremely unpleasant women that was rude. Then we found NJK, they were awesome from start to finish. Nick and Molly were outstanding to work with on a new furnace and AC unit installation at our lake house. Excellent workmanship and took the time to explain the process and answered our questions during the installation. Also did a great job cleaning up and made sure the new wireless thermostat was set up before he left.
