I am in no way tech savvy so it is great having Gary available He has helped us a few times over the years and he does a fantastic job of setting us up with the right equipment for our NEEDS, not just the highest priced. He Takes the time to have everything set up the way we need it to minimize the learning curve when upgrades are needed and always speaks as laymen as needed so there really aren't any dumb questions for him. I had a real mess with my PC. It became an obsession with Mr. Hottman to figure it out. I can't thank him enough for his persistence in keeping me on track. Highly recommend !!!
