Dr. Yelena Jahnsen and Nurse Kate Lynch have been interpersonally and professionally awesome during the past 10 years with my 3 sons (numerous injuries & visits). I highly recommend this excellent team for Pediatric care !!!
When did urgent care turn into a restaurant? Waiting over an hour to be seen. Mean while people who showed up 45 minutes AFTER I did have been getting help. If I wanted to wait this long I would have went to the ER.
People are friendly but it's like ridiculously wrong. I came in and walking in I realized there's a strong chance I'll need to go to the ER, but instead of turning around and leaving, I walked in amd asked if I could speak with a nurse real quick b4 I wait here and then get sent to the ER,which has happened several times from this location. They said yea. Get you checked in real quick and have the nurse right out...10 minutes later still nobody and I'm like... is I'm going to wait here and need a CT or MRI then I'm not waiting much longer...waited a little more then went back to the front and said, look I didn't want to waste my wait... read full review
