I have no words to describe how excellent Lindsey was. She spoke with me and did my cats quality of life assessment and I couldn’t have felt more understood. She offered compassion and made me feel the best I could about the decision i made of putting my cat to sleep. Unprompted, she also brought me a little jar of my cats fur with a little engraved metal heart tied to it. To be seen and taken care of in a particularly hard moment of life, i will be forever grateful Lindsey was the one there to help.
South Metro was very compassionate throughout one of the hardest days of my life.
They took the time to explain every step and took care of my sweet girl in her final moments.
I won't go into the details of what was wrong with my good boy. Rather I want to talk about the staff and level of care they provided. From the word go myself and my good boy were treated with love and empathy. I was an absolute wreck (thank God my wife was with me) and they took notice of this and treated me with nothing but compassion. I can't thank the entire staff enough! You are all HERO'S in my book!
