Ive been using this company since 2003 - Loved the staff and the results but they originally promised touch ups for 50 a session for life - then they said they regrettably had to raise it to 75... um ok then my last touch up was 100 grrr and now today they told me its going to be 185 for just a touch up... a brand new session at another salon is only 129 so I had to tell them forget it they just lost an 18 year customer - I dont mind you making money but dont bleed dry a loyal customer
Very easy to schedule, beautiful office with state of the art equipment and very professional, competent staff. Also very reasonable rates. I’ve tried other services like this in the area.and this one is by far the best!
They are completely amazing and DIE HAIRS DIE!!!! only thing I have to say though, bring your own ice pack, their ice pack things, once the ice melts, gets all over you. I just bought a nice medical ice pack today and it'll say a lot of effort now. Staff is great! and if you feel pain in your teeth, please make sure you seperate it with gauze pads. It is the laser reacting to metal in your mouth and the connecting point of the tooth/teeth. Mostly harmless, but can damage or shatter the bonds.
